My three career path I decided are human resouce director,medical technicians and clinical laboratory technicans. My three career path requires to have a Associates Degree. To become an medical record technician and clinical laboratorty technicans requires the knowledge of medical terms and great customer and people skills. Human relations requires and Asscociates Degree and the ability to deal with the general public.
Medical record technician works in hospital, and medical clinic. They assemble clients health care records. They organize medical record chart that includes medical history,symptoms,diagnostic test and medical treatment of the client. They communicate to physicians and other health care profession to obtain information for client medical chart. There role is very important in the health care field. Medical record technicians also code in patient information for reimbursement. They verify insurance information on clients and update clients chart if necessary. And requires to have the knowledge of the medical computer program.
Medical clinical laboratory technician require to obtain a Associates degree. Medical laboratory technician involves you to perform medical laboratory tests for the diagnosis,treatment and help with the prevention of disease. They also requires to record and file patient record. And the knowledge of the medical computer software.
Human Resource Director, help with the administration with hiring staff, performing duties like answering the telephone, typing document,performing orientation for new staff member and keeping staff aware with the rules and regulations of the company policies. Must have the knowledge of the computer.
All three career path I have choose, will be something that I would look forward working in once I have obtain my associates degree. All three career path are very interesting an very related to the work environment that I would look forward to working into.I seem very interested working as an medical technician.
