"Convience me of my career choice"
I have over six years of working in the health care environment. And in those six years I have learn,study and experience some of the best customer service skills, personal skills, and knowledge of human nature and behavior. I have worked closely with health care professionals in the administrative department, rehabilitation department and nusring department.
Working in the health care environment I was allow to work in serval departments. I worked side by side with the terapists in rehabilitaion department. I assisted with helping seniors with excercise routine and cognition.With the administrative department I have done alot of duties.Duties requirement that was ask upon me were. To provide customer service,file document and perform orientation for new and staff members annually.With the nursing staff, I lean a hand with providing comfort to seniors. I Lean a hand with personal care needs and build one on one relationship.
While working in the each of these department I have gain alot experience.And confidence in staff members that will help me succeed in my career choice.With all the years of me being in the health care setting. I personally think I will be a even greater team player to my staff. With me always being eager to lean a hand and learn new things. I will be able to use what I have learn and gain over the years to best help me to be the best in my career choice.

My three career path.
Medical record technician works in hospital, and medical clinic. They assemble clients health care records. They organize medical record chart that includes medical history,symptoms,diagnostic test and medical treatment of the client. They communicate to physicians and other health care profession to obtain information for client medical chart. There role is very important in the health care field. Medical record technicians also code in patient information for reimbursement. They verify insurance information on clients and update clients chart if necessary. And requires to have the knowledge of the medical computer program.
Medical clinical laboratory technician require to obtain a Associates degree. Medical laboratory technician involves you to perform medical laboratory tests for the diagnosis,treatment and help with the prevention of disease. They also requires to record and file patient record. And the knowledge of the medical computer software.
Human Resource Director, help with the administration with hiring staff, performing duties like answering the telephone, typing document,performing orientation for new staff member and keeping staff aware with the rules and regulations of the company policies. Must have the knowledge of the computer.
All three career path I have choose, will be something that I would look forward working in once I have obtain my associates degree. All three career path are very interesting an very related to the work environment that I would look forward to working into.I seem very interested working as an medical technician.

Why did I choose Bryant & Stratton College?
I wanted to be able to jump right into my career and Bryant & Stratton understand my needs. Bryant & Stratton College understands my goals and dreams. The instructors helps in every aspect to help me succeed with obtaining my degree. Whenever I need support or guidance they're always there to lean a hand. Bryant & Stratton College is the best decision that I have ever made. They see my vision as a mother who wants to help to succeed in my career choice. The location of the College is convenient and the classes are small. Which gives me a better opportunity to have that one on one with my instructor.
With me attending college my child can attend college as well. I can not think of any College that provide child care while you attend class. That's what made Bryant & Stratton the college for me. They relate to my needs and understand that I have a family.
Therefore, that's why I chosen Bryant & Stratton College to earn my degree. I would recommend anyone who wants to earn a degree,work and still have time for your family and social life to come here.
" Three Career Choices"
My three career choice that I will chose are human resource director, Fiance director and Insurance specialists. My three career choices are what am expecting to do once I obtain my medical administration degree.
Human Resource Director, will be one of my career choice that I will enjoy doing. I will enjoy helping other. Being a human resource director will involves me filling documents,answering telephones,keeping staff meeting updated with the rules and regulation of the law as a worker.And will also requires me to have knowledge of the computer for sending e-mail, updating electronic data on staff member and typing documents for staff member. I will also be responsible for hiring staff and performing orientation with new staff member and doing annual staff orientation. I will enjoy this job as an human resource director due to me being very familiar to the work environment. This require me to be seating doing maybe in a office setting.
Fiance director, will be my second career choice. Fiance director handles everything dealing with expense. I will be in charge of keeping an online data spreed sheet of all expense. I will have to file documentation and also have the knowledge of a computer. I will have to keep records of all my staff budget and keeping this inform if they are over budgeting. This job will require me to be in a office setting, maybe sitting down most of the day.
Insurance specialist, will requires me to verify insurance. I will have to check insurance claims and update clients personal information. I will have notify clients clients by mail or phone if have medical bill that over due or changes in insurance coverage. I will be responsible sending clients letters of updates on insurance coverage. I will have to have the knowledge of a computer and will have to be able to multi-task. This job will require me to be in and office setting.
My three career choices requires me to be in a office setting and have the knowledge of using a computer. An I will very enjoy working in all three choices. I very much enjoy the office setting environment. A very familiar with the job duties, since I have always worked closely in the health care Field.
