My weakness are I get nervous when I get around people and am very sensitive.I get little nervous aroung a large group of people. I also seems to take things personal and hates when things go wrong.When Iput my all into something, I expect nothing for the best.
Me being nervous around people is something that I have to really work on. Me being nervous will keep me from excelerating in my career. I must overcome my weakness before it becomes an issue with me in my career. I try to overcome my weakness by speaking more to people. I start small conversation more with people that Idon't no to overcome this weakness of mines. So, far I'm still working on my weakness.
Am also very sensitive and I take things to the heart. I try often to to stay away from rejection and people with negative thinking. I hate to be disappointed when I try my best. I seem to blow up with anger and rage. I starting to overcome my weakness, by taking in critism from others even if it hurts. I listens to more to peole problems and put mines to the side. I learn to let go of things just let things and just let things fall in place. At times it can become a little hard for me to control my weakness.
My weakness can well become my strenght, with the right stragies and techniques my weakness will become my strenght due time. Taking human relation last semester clearly open the way I think of situation. I see things in a different point of view. Am not quick to judge or speak my opion. I always look at situation as what if it was me. What will I Do, an often it works in my favor.

My Strenghts
My strenght are, am self motivated,furturistic and very determine. My strenghts describe me as the person that I am today. I always do my best in everything that I do. Whats makes me self motivated is that I dont need a crowd or someone to push me in the the right direction. I am a very goal persusing person,I believe in myself to get my dreams and goals accomplish. Am very determine to get my goals and dreams accomplish. I am futuristic and curious about the economony and the furture will bring. And very determine when it comes to my education,career and my goals for the furture.

I don't need someone to encourage me or motivate to succeed life. All the steps that I have taken to get to where am at now,was done only by me. Thats what make me a self motivated person.

What skills do you need to be successful in life?
The skills that you need to be successful in life are commincation skills,listening skills and reading skills. You must have good communication skills in order to be sucessful in life. You must be able to listen and be able to follow through what someone is telling you and you must have good reading skills in order to be successful in life.
Communication is vital role if you want to be successful in life. You must be able to communicate with people and be able to understand what a person ask of you. Communicaton can also opens a lot of doors in your career, with networking. The importance of communication is very important everyone.People will start assuming that you cant communicate to them at a certain level, thats when it becomes a disadvantage. People when use you if you dont have a clue of what they are telling you. Things will become more difficult to you, and task when be undone and you will be unable to perform your work task. Communication skills play a tremendous role in life itself, especially if you want to be successful.
Listening is also very important if you plan on being successful in life. Everyone that I no have to listen to someone even if they are the boss. Listening to someone can help you better understand who a person they are. Just by listening to someone can tells you a lot about them. The way the talk, to you. Who am I
I am curently a student at Bryant&Stratton College. I am majoring in medical administration assistance. I was born and raised in Richmond,Virginia. Iam 26 and a mother of two and also work full-time at a retirement assisted living community. My oldest son name is lee who is eight years old and my youngest son name is Desmond who is one year old. Hopefully I plans on getting married to my children father, am guessing maybe after I finish with college.Not only am I a mother, am a aunt and also a great aunt. Yes, I have a huge family! I come from a family of seven girls and one brother. I am the sixth child, I am next to the baby.My brother he's the oldest of us all. I have 9 nieces and 7 nephews and 4 great nieces and 3 nephews.all of my family resides here in Richmond.
I choosen to go into the medical field, because I enjoy helping those in need and love the environment. I always worked around in the environment and familiar with the settings. Hopefully once am done with college, I plan to look forward to work in the hospital or maybe in the seniors citizen setting. On my spare time when am not working and going to college. I like to spend time with my family. I enjoy going to the movies, going to the park. Playing the X-Box 360 with my son and going to football and basketball games within my commnunity. I love to watch and spend time with my family as much as possible. My family is my inspiration and I LOVE them dearly. Thats who I am.
